Painting Door

Using solid wood or composite panels as the base material, the surface undergoes multiple layers of environmentally friendly paint spraying followed by high-temperature baking to set the finish. This process endows the door panels with a high gloss, a rich selection of colors, and excellent physical properties. Suitable for modern home and commercial spaces, it combines decorative appeal with practicality, exuding an air of nobility and grandeur.

BASE MATERIAL ADVANTAGES

We offer three high-quality base materials to meet your diverse decorative needs.

1. MDF Board:Ensures smooth surface, stable performance and easy shaping for paint doors.
2. Solid Wood Composite Board:Balances performance, cost-efficiency and strong paint adhesion.
3. Solid Wood:Features natural texture, high-end look and long-lasting durability for premium use.

SURFACE PRETREATMENT

We adopt professional surface pretreatment to lay a solid foundation for painting.

1. Rough Sanding & Sealing Primer:Sands with multi-grade sandpaper and sprays sealing primer to smooth surface and enhance adhesion.
2. Fine Sanding:Polishes gradually after primer drying for smoother paint, uniform luster and cost-saving.

CORE PRIMING&CURING

As the core of painting, priming and curing determine the durability and service life of the paint film.

1. Multi-layer Primer (3–4 Coats):Applies 3–4 coats of primer, with constant temperature drying after each coat for full, hard and impact-resistant film.
2. UV / High-Temperature Curing:Cures by UV light (2s) or 60–80℃ baking (6–8h) for fast drying, high hardness and eco-friendliness.

TOPCOAT&HIGH-TEMPERATTURE BAKING

Topcoat spraying and high-temperature baking are key to the door's appearance and durability, creating a high-end and long-lasting finish.

1. Topcoat Spraying (2–3 Coats):Sprays polyester, PU or metal paint in a dust-free environment for bright color, controllable luster and anti-yellowing.
2. High-Temperature Baking (180–220℃, 30–60min):Cures in a dust-free constant temperature oven for high hardness, water resistance and strong adhesion.

Polishing & Quality Inspection

Polishing and quality inspection are the final guarantee of product quality, ensuring a high-end finish and stable performance.

1. Fine Polishing:Polishes with water and wax to remove orange peel and particles for mirror luster and delicate touch.
2. Full Quality Inspection:Tests film thickness, adhesion, hardness, color difference and flatness for zero defects and low repair rate.
